Your feedback will be used for customer research and service improvement. Your identity, voice, image, or direct quotes will not be used publicly without separate written permission.

What we collect
Your name or contact association, the audio or video you submit, a transcript, and routine technical submission information.

To understand the EverydayCPA customer experience, improve services and communications, and create de-identified research insights.
Who may access it
Authorized EverydayCPA personnel and technology providers required to host, transcribe, secure, or analyze the responses. Lean Marketing receives de-identified transcripts and aggregate findings by default.
What we will not do
We will not publish your identity, voice, image, direct quote, or recording—or use it as a testimonial or advertisement—without separate written permission.
Retention
Raw recordings and identifiable transcripts are intended to be deleted within 90 days after quality review and de-identification. De-identified aggregate findings may be retained for research and service improvement.

Do I have to answer every question?
No. You may skip a question or stop before submitting.
Will my response be used as a testimonial?
No. EverydayCPA will not use your name, image, voice, recording, or direct quote publicly without obtaining separate written permission.
Can I ask for my response to be deleted?
