Background
iPacio is the result of decades of CPA experience — tax, forensic, accounting, advisory — combined into a single offering. It is inspired by the ideas in the book Stop Doing Accounting, by Kelly and Cat.
The argument is simple. Luca Pacioli codified double-entry bookkeeping in the 15th century — for merchants, not software users. Today's small business owners are stuck running and maintaining their own accounting platform. A job they were never meant to do.
