3-Month Review
CPA-Led Team
Most owners have financial data. They do not have financial clarity.
Your bank account knows what happened. Your credit cards know what happened. QuickBooks may have some of the transactions. Your spreadsheet may have another version of the story. But none of that automatically tells you what the business is really doing. You need to know what came in, where it went, what looks normal, what looks unusual, and what decisions may need attention. That is what the Business Intelligence Snapshot is built to show.
Three months. One clearer picture.
You do not need to clean up QuickBooks first. You do not need to build a spreadsheet. Start with the statements you already have.

Tell us what the business does
Give us a short description of your business, how you make money, and what you are trying to understand.
We organize the activity
We review the activity for revenue, expenses, transfers, unusual patterns, and possible missing information.
You get a plain-English snapshot
We show what the numbers appear to say and where financial clarity, tax planning, cleanup, or iPacio may help.
A plain-English snapshot of what your numbers may be telling you.
We use the information you provide to prepare a practical, owner-friendly snapshot. It is designed to help you see patterns, questions, and next steps — not bury you in accounting jargon.
Revenue pattern | Where the money went
We group visible expenses so you can see where money may be going and which categories deserve attention.
Estimated profit picture | What may be left
We show a preliminary view of estimated business profit based on the information provided.
Cash flow signals | Timing and pressure points
We look for basic patterns that may explain why cash feels tight even when sales appear strong.
Bookkeeping red flags | What may be unreliable
We flag activity that may need cleanup, better categorization, or more documentation before the numbers can be trusted.
Decision opportunities | What to look at next
We identify practical next steps for taxes, bookkeeping, iPacio, pricing, owner pay, or financial clarity.
Built for owners who need answers, not more accounting homework.
This is for business owners who are tired of guessing from a bank balance, a messy QuickBooks file, or a spreadsheet that never quite feels finished.
It is especially useful if you do not know whether the business is truly profitable, where the money is going, whether expenses are creeping up, or whether your records are ready for tax planning.
This is also for owners who are curious about iPacio but want to see what financial clarity could look like before committing to ongoing monthly support.
You do not need perfect books to start. You need enough information for us to identify patterns and show you what may need attention.
This snapshot is especially useful for
Businesses, Creators, and Professionals
If your business activity runs through bank accounts, credit cards, payment platforms, or spreadsheets, we can usually start there.
Service businesses
Owners who need clearer visibility into revenue, expenses, labor, subscriptions, and owner pay.
Contractors
Businesses with materials, subcontractors, equipment, vehicle costs, and job-related spending.
Real estate professionals
Agents, investors, and related professionals with mileage, marketing, commissions, and mixed expenses.
Restaurants and local businesses
Owners dealing with payroll, vendors, inventory-like spending, merchant fees, and tight cash flow.
Ecommerce and online sellers
Businesses with platform income, shipping, merchant fees, ads, returns, and scattered tools.
Creators and Entrepreneurs
Owners who are making money but have not yet built a clean financial system.
This is not a QuickBooks tutorial. It is a clarity check.
Most owners do not need another video explaining how to categorize transactions. They need someone to help translate the activity into answers.
The Business Intelligence Snapshot is designed to show what may be happening in the business, where the numbers may be unreliable, and what the next best step should be.
What we are looking for
See the pattern
Subscriptions, duplicate tools, miscategorized expenses, merchant fees, owner activity, and personal/business mixing can hide inside the statements.
Know what to fix
The snapshot helps show whether the next step is cleanup, monthly bookkeeping, tax planning, or a simpler iPacio workflow.
Stop guessing
You get a clearer starting point so decisions are based on evidence, not stress or gut feel alone.
Why we are offering this at no cost
Because once owners see clarity, they usually do not want to go back to guessing. We built EverydayCPA and iPacio around a simple belief: business owners should not have to become accountants to understand their own money. The free Business Intelligence Snapshot gives you a small but useful preview of what financial clarity can feel like. Of course, we hope some owners will choose EverydayCPA for tax, bookkeeping, iPacio, or ongoing strategy. But that is not required to receive the snapshot. No charge. No credit card. No obligation.
Once you see the picture, you can choose the next step.
The snapshot is a starting point. Depending on what we find, the next move may be simple cleanup, monthly support, tax planning, or iPacio.
Before you upload
Is the Business Intelligence Snapshot really free?
Yes. There is no charge, no credit card, and no obligation to become an EverydayCPA or iPacio client.
What do I need to upload?
Start with 3 months of statements. Upload PDF copies of the bank and credit card statements you use for the business. You can also include a QuickBooks export or spreadsheet if you have one.
Do I need to use QuickBooks?
No. We can start from bank statements, credit card statements, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, or other records. The point is to understand the activity, not force you into accounting software.
Is this a tax return or financial statement?
No. This is a preliminary business activity review based on the information you provide. It is not a tax return, audit, assurance engagement, or formal financial statement.
What if my business and personal spending are mixed?
That is common. That is one of the reasons this snapshot exists. Mixed activity may limit what we can conclude, but it can also help identify what needs cleanup.
What happens after I receive the snapshot?
You decide. We may recommend cleanup, tax planning, iPacio, monthly support, or no immediate action. You are not required to hire us.
How is this different from the Business Activity Report?
Different funnel, different purpose. The Business Activity Report is focused on extension filers and tax return readiness. The Business Intelligence Snapshot is focused on financial clarity, patterns, and better business decisions.
